How long will my jewelry last?
Nothing lasts forever however, the better care provided the longer it will last. Please refer to our
Care Guide to assist you with the proper measures to be taken to ensure you jewelry lasts as long as possible.
Can i get my jewelry wet?
The materials used to create our jewelry is designed to withstand high stress but it is not advisable to submerge your jewelry into water. Everyday sweat and light splashes should'nt affect the integrity of your pieces
Do I have to keep the company logo tag on?
Absolutely not. Once you purchase the product it is yours and you are free to do with it as you please.
Does the jewelry have to be worn to be effective?
No, you can have the jewelry in your pocket, purse or general vicinity.
Where are the stones from?
While no two crystals, natural stones or plants are the same, we try to maintain the best quality possible. Our essential oils are sourced mainly from Canada and the UK. Our crystals and natural stones are carefully inspected for quality and colour consistency.
How are crystals prepped?
- All crystals are cleansed and cleared with Citrine.
- They are then placed in the Sun with Selenite for 7 days to charge.
- Some crystals are also charged with moonlight in addition to sunlight depending on availability and access.
- After cleansing, clearing, and charging crystals are handled with gloves and packaged.
- When you open your package, your energy is the first to imprint onto your jewelry.
Does the size of the crystal matter?
No the size does'nt matter. This is a common stereotype. The healing properties are what they are whether you have a large stone/crystal or small.
